Rekhit Kajara is a Heal Thyself Ambassador of Wellness, Medicine Woman, Priestess, Community Activist, Afrikan Holistic Health Consultant, Spiritual Warrior, Sacred Woman, Educator, Mother, Tree hugger and Nature lover who has dedicated her life to promote health, wellness and natural living. In addition she has also written articles for three other books: Sistah Vegan, Natural Dread of Atlanta, and Magical Calabash.
Nikala Asante is an author, educator, and international human rights advocate from Houston, Texas. She currently serves as an instructional designer for Kamali Academy Home school Curriculum, home schools her 12 year old son, and organizes regular care deliveries and service trips to countries in need such as Ghana, Haiti and Belize.
